Henna (Lawsonia inermis) produces a red-orange dye molecule, lawsone, pure natural substance which produces red color that can be coloured for hair, nails, fingers, palms and soles. The leaves of the Henna plants have a very pleasant fragrance and have medicinal properties. It makes hair shiny and smooth.
